What does each coach receive?
Every seat receives CoachOS, including the FootballGPT coaching tools, specialist advisors, planning workflows, and personal context. The club methodology is added on top so each coach can apply the same shared principles to their own team.
What is the shared club methodology?
A club administrator uploads your coaching principles, playing identity, curriculum, or content map once. FootballGPT then uses that material as context when club coaches plan and ask questions.
Do we need a finished methodology document?
No. Start with what already guides your coaching: a one-page identity, a curriculum, session principles, or existing PDFs. You can improve the material over time without waiting for a perfect manual.
Can we add and remove coaches?
Yes. The club administrator manages invitations and active seats from the club dashboard, up to the limit of the chosen plan.
Is our club material private?
Your uploaded methodology is scoped to your club and is not visible to other clubs. Coaches keep their personal chat history and documents separate from the shared club material.
What if we have more than 30 coaches?
Email [email protected] and tell us how your club is structured. We can discuss the right setup without forcing you into a plan that does not fit.
