Yes. Every seat in a club plan includes everything in Pro for that coach: animated practices, the full session planner, 11 specialist advisors, all 5 modes (Coach, Player, GK, Scout, FM), and unlimited messages. The shared methodology is on top of all that.
Yes. Many clubs use the first month to write theirs down for the first time. Upload whatever you do have — a session-planning framework, a one-page playing identity, a content map from your last UEFA course, even a whiteboard photo. The AI starts referencing it immediately, and you can refine over time. You do not need a 50-page document on day one.

Yes. Your uploaded methodology is scoped to your club. It is not used to train any model. It is not visible to other clubs or to coaches outside your seats. The shared methodology only applies inside chats by members of your club — when those coaches use FootballGPT outside their club account, they see generic answers.
Yes. The club's methodology is the baseline every coach inherits. A coach can additionally upload their own personal docs and reflections — those layer on top, scoped to that coach's chats only.

Yes. You invite and remove coaches from the club admin dashboard. Up to the seat cap on your tier — upgrade tiers if you need more.
Remove them from the club dashboard. Their account reverts to free unless they subscribe to Pro individually. Their personal methodology and chat history travel with their account; the club methodology stays with the club.
Cancel from the club dashboard. The subscription ends at the next billing date — no minimum commitment, no penalty for leaving. Your methodology stays on file in case you come back. We'd rather you leave than feel stuck.
