Questions coaches ask
- What awards does the generator create?
- A fixed set of five categories, things like Mr Reliable, The Tank, and Goal of the Season. You assign a player from your squad to each one, or hit randomise and let the tool do it for you.
- Do I need a full squad list to use it?
- No. Type in as many or as few players as you have, and the tool builds awards around whoever is on the list, so it works for a full 16-player squad or a smaller training group just as well.
- Is this different to just picking a Player of the Season?
- Yes. Most end-of-season nights lean on one or two trophies and everyone else gets nothing. This gives every player a category that fits them, which is why coaches use it for presentation night instead of a single award.
