An opposed practice to enhance receiving, driving at defenders, and finishing.

Pitch Setup

✓Set up with at least 13 players, 2 goalkeepers, and split into groups of 3 (Green and Black) with a neutral Red player. All balls start with Player A.
✓The game begins with both A players delivering a long pass to their respective B players.
